The Best Burger – Ever!

Carsten Flindt, the Owner/Head Chef of Flindt, is classically trained from the The Savoy in London. He is a man of many talents as we went to a function where Carsten was catering and enjoyed the best beef burger we have ever had – as an American by background that is saying a lot! Carsten has agreed to share this secret burger recipe with us, Enjoy!!


1 1/2 lbs good quality Top Butt
1 medium Red Onion, Diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Truffle Oil
2 Free Range Eggs plus one more yolk only
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mince Top Butt into very small cubes; add all ingredients; mix and form into patties, best cooked on an open grill with friends and drinks – Enjoy.
